       Sebuah pencapaian luar biasa diraih oleh Mohamad Hilal Nur Fawwaz, seorang siswa berbakat dari kelas 8A yang berhasil memenangkan kompetisi menulis jurnal dengan karyanya berjudul "Engineered Bacillus subtilis for Mercury Bioremediation." Dalam jurnalnya, ia membahas bagaimana rekayasa genetika pada Bacillus subtilis dapat digunakan untuk membersihkan pencemaran merkuri dari lingkungan. Dengan penelitian yang mendalam dan analisis yang tajam, tulisannya berhasil menarik perhatian para juri dan membawanya meraih juara utama.

        Kemenangan ini bukan hanya bukti kecerdasan dan kerja kerasnya, tetapi juga kontribusi nyata bagi solusi lingkungan. Melalui risetnya, ia menunjukkan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan inovasi yang bermanfaat bagi dunia. Ke depannya, ia berharap temuannya dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan diterapkan dalam skala yang lebih luas untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan pencemaran logam berat di lingkungan.
